Why we need you

WHAT WE DO

Nexstar is a member owner network of over 500 members. Our goal is to help our members grow their businesses by providing classroom training, mentoring, online tools, and strategic partnerships.

The big task

You will coach and consult with our members on call center and customer experience best practices so they can grow their businesses.

Key sub tasks

  • Respond to new coaching requests by sending/receiving Working With Us Page
  • Respond to new member announcements with Welcome Letter
  • Proactively contact members
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience Tools/Resources
  • Monthly informational webinars for membership
  • Contribute articles & blog posts for various publications
  • Consistent coaching calls w/ Customer Experience Team

Skills and experience

  • Positive, Upbeat, Can-do attitude is a MUST!
    • Team-first mentality
    • Servant-minded
    • Maintain positive rapport w/ members
  • Work with a sense of urgency while being deadline sensitive
  • Call Center Experience is preferred
  • Phone coaching experience preferred
  • Appropriate phone voice required
  • Ability (& willingness) to make outbound phone calls
  • Independent worker
  • History of project development
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
