Essential Job Functions 

  • Program orientations with Nexstar members.

  • Proactively market the strategic partner program to members through personal interactions, email and phone. 

  • Responsible for fielding, managing and solving all member inquiries and issues.

  • Adeptly manage relationships between members and partners with creative problem solving. 

  • Support tradeshow and event preparation and execution as necessary. 

  • Work as a part of the team that serves our members' best interests.

Required Skills

  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external vendors and members.  

  • Ability to maintain professional image with members.  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  

  • 1- 3 years of experience with partner relationships 

Travel Requirements 

  • Up to 10%

Physical Requirements 

  • Prolonged sitting at a desk  

  • Lift up to 15lbs
