What We Do

Nexstar is a member owner network of over 1000 members. Our goal is to help our members grow their businesses by providing classroom training, mentoring, online tools, and strategic partnerships.

The Big Task

We coach sales leaders to develop and execute their B2C sales plan in regard to process, measurement, rewards, execution, growth and people strategies.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Daily coaching calls with Nexstar members on sales best practices
  • Continually improve a Nexstar sales process for our members to use
  • Create opportunities for consulting on-sites
  • Develop and create trainings and/or workshops
  • Develop best practices for sales management and sales operations

  • Maintain positive rapport w/ members
  • Work with a sense of urgency while being deadline sensitive 
  • Ability (& willingness) to make outbound phone calls
  • Independent worker
  • History of project development
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Previous coaching and training experience preferred
  • Previous experience as both a salesperson and sales manager preferred
  • Trade experience not required but ability to learn the trades quickly is required
  • Great written and verbal communication skills required
  • History of project development and office computer skills

Travel Requirements 

  •  15%

Physical Requirements 

  • When not traveling, this position requires you to sit at a desk for a prolonged period of time
